Items arrived shipped in a styrofoam container with dry ice. I was surprised how big they are. I steamed them in a bamboo steamer for approximately 13-15 mins and the turned out perfectly done. Definitely use some dipping sauce with these. They were a little bland for my taste but really not bad.

Would have been better if it was shredded pork not little squares or chunks of sausage meat
