Powerstep Achilles Tendon Strap The Powerstep Achilles Tendon Strap provides gentle and targeted compression to the Achilles Tendon to help relieve pain and discomfort, tenderness, and pain asscoiated with over-use from athletic and work related activities. Features & Benefits: Adjustable strap for controlled compression Cushioning tubular gel pad for targeted relief Universal design in two sizes to fits most men's & women's shoe sizes Fits left or right foot Each Order Contains One (1) Achilles Tendon Strap Wearing & Fitting Instructions: (Sizing is in US Shoe Sizes) Unfasten all closures While seated, position strap around ankle with gel pad centered over Achilles (back of the ankle). Wrap Strap around and secure. Pull additional strap underneath the arch and secure. Adjust as needed being sure not to pull so tight as to restrict circulation. Maybe worn during activity or rest. Didn’t fix my foot drop as I had hoped for but did do something which allowed me to walk more comfortably around the house! Stroke survivor giving everything a shot… worth it especially for the price!
