People complain about water wasting. If you.buy primo water they have the right cap with the inner cap in the center you keep yo stop water from wasting. Dispenser prong pokes inner cap out when placing bottle on dispenser and it floats in water bottle. When bottle is empty, put center cap back inside bottle top to reuse it when you refill bottle. That simple. Even when bottle goes bad and you have to replace bottle save top so you can have extras. I love it. Especially since there's no electricity for hot and cold temperatures which is what my old one had. I never used it anyway. Also this one has a push button which is more durable than the other kind you pull on.
I am disappointed the water bottle didn't come with a cap to fit the dispenser. It is difficult to put the bottle on the dispenser with water in it. Water spills before it is positioned on the dispenser. I have searched for a cap online and have yet to find one.
Ideal for an office setting where there may be just 2 or 3 people sharing the office. I don't need heated or chilled water since I mainly use the water for hydration between cups of coffee (don't want it too cold). I get my cold water from the fridge. It's also great for filling the Keurig for our hot drinks, and at $0.39 per gallon to refill the 5-gallon container, you can't beat the economic value. Con - the instructions for putting your first container of water onto the unit didn't give any detail about the Styrofoam cover inside the plastic cap on the 5 gallon container (Primo container). I didn't know if I was to remove that cap and the Styrofoam, cut the styrofoam, let the dispenser puncture the styrofoam, etc. I took the cap and styrofoam off only to discover that neither should be removed. The water comes out slower than I would like, now that I have the proper setup for the container. Overall, I am well pleased with the Primo. It looks great and is the envy of other offices in my building.
The water comes out slow giving you only 1/4 cup each time. If one person pulls the water bottle towards them (tilts it) and then another pushes the button you will have good flow but that gets old getting water that way.
The item I received seem to be an older model, it does not look at all of what is described.
You, Walmart, advertise a certain model of dispenser, but apparently (from my personal experience %26 other customers who also gave you a horrible rating), continue to send the wrong one %26/or a disappointing “substitute”.
Broke on the first day of using!!! Will be returning! Do not waste your time. It's as cheaply made as the price!
Do not buy this model. The bottle is heavy and "vapor locks." So it dispenses about a half of cup. Then you have to physically lift the bottle up so the air will go to top to get your next half of cup. It is a complete waste of your time and money.
I don't like it when I get something different than what is advertised. In the picture, it's a push button water dispenser. What I got delivered to my house was a lever arm water dispenser. Now I want to return it.
I bought this water dispenser advertised, but Walmart delivered another dispenser not the one in the picture. the dispenser that was delivered was ugly, cheap looking, something i wouldn't purchase in the first place. SHAME ON YOU WALMART for falsely advertised something you can't deliver. wasting my time, money, and sanity because this happens more often than not.
