My boyfriend just got this elliptical for me as a gift. It took him and my brother about an hour or so to put together. Its nice and sturdy and gives quite the workout. We did the site (Sams Club) to store pick up option and everything was fine. No dents or holes in the box, no missing pieces. I am very happy with the purchase. If anything changes I will update my review.
THis eliptical has many cheap parts and they don't stay snaped together. THe stride is so short it is more like a stair climber. After 5 minutes your thighs felt lik they were going to blow out the front of your legs!
