My husband and I both use the product daily. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and sturdiness of the machine, and the ease of assembly is a huge plus! The only issue was the fan didnt work, but their customer service immediately sent a new one. Customer service was helpful and prompt as well. High marks for this product and company!
Love this machine. Very convenient to have at home. I can work out anytime right in front of the TV. Great with the music and the fan on as well. Easy to put together, which is plus for someone who is not a handyperson :)
With this machine we now have no need to go to the gym.
Well satisfied in all respects.
Work out 4 times a week with Ifit. Ifit motivates!
I've only had this set up for about 2 weeks now, and so far it's pretty good. It's very smooth, and I like the touch screen. My only complaint is that the front is a little shaky when you're going. I'm not sure if there's a fix for this, but I didn't see any troubleshooting in the manual for it. I would give it 5 stars for sure, if I could somehow make the slight shakiness go away.
Great Machine, easy to put together by yourself... only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of 2 things... #1. it's a bit constrictive compared to ones in the gym... the ones in the gym when you hold the bars (swinging ones) are separated enough to not make you feel that confined feeling when you're sitting in a movie theatre and all the chairs are so close to one another... but it hurts my shoulders after a while, maybe it will get better with time as I get used to it.... and may also just be because I'm sort of a big guy, maybe won't feel it once I've lost some weight... dunno, time will tell. #2. the handles (swinging ones)... make a banging noise as you're using the machine.
Arrived with silver spray paint on touch screen console. Was sent new part without any instructions as to how to install. Wobbles during use even after tightening upright knob. Does the job though.
I haven't been able to use since purchasing as there was issues with the resistance not working. Called company, they mailed a part they thought would fix the problem. 3 weeks later, repair guy came. It was an issue with the belt, not the part that was mailed. He had to order the belt and I must call him when it arrives to make another trip to fix the belt.
I am 6' 4" 210LBS. and the machine is not sturdy and wobbles. I have had two Ellipticals prior to this unit. Still trying to get comfortable with the programs. Wish I had purchased another machine.
