When the product arrived, it cracked when assembled. One call to the manufacturer, and we had a new part in just a couple of days. Very happy with the final product!
More convenient than a chair, and gives a special place to current outfit, or to outfit prepared for tomorrow.
Middle of the road piece at more than middle of the road money.
The wood finish looks like paint, not stain. The orange plastic buttons provided to cover the screw holes look terrible against the wood. The unit does not sit flat on the floor; it rocks and I had to stick a felt floor pad under one leg to make it stop. Several of the holes needed to attach the support for the hanger weren't there and I had to drill them myself -- not a big deal, but they should have been there, like all the other holes. All in all, I can't recommend this valet, and I wish I'd bought a different one.
