washing/cleaning with wash cloth or other buff cleaner doesn't leave the same clean feeling. daughters and friends notice difference immediately. great product
I have used ProX professional system for 5 years. I would highly recommend this product for sensitive skin. I love how it makes my skin feel after each use. Excellent skin care.
I brought this 2 days ago and despite the reviews I love mine. I use it morning and night and it makes my skin feel amazing

i really love this little thing but i was wondering if it was waterproof/resistant so i could take it into a shower?
My best friends mom bought this for me as a gift a few months ago, and I've loved it so far! I have combination skin(mildly oily, but I have rosacea around my nose) and my skin is sensitive as well and this brush has been good for me to clear up my acne! However, I feel the batteries are constantly dying and I'm not sure what the issue is. I am replacing the batteries every few weeks. Very frustrating.
I bought 2 of these about 6 months ago after watching a demonstration. One of the two brushes didn't work. Again I didnt mind because I had bought 2. I loved how it exfoliated and cleaned my skin even after I had already washed n cleansed. I love how clean n smooth my skin looked and felt. Then after about 3 months using my second brush it stopped working. I have changed batteries and nothing happens. Loved the product while it worked
I have bought two.. TWO.. of these brushes because I love it so much. But the battery compartment is EXTRA tight, making battery removal difficult. It also never immediately works with fresh batteries. I have to tap the unit around, hoping the batteries will settle into place quickly. My batteries died (I hope) a week ago and I'm still trying to get it to work. Considering the amount of effort involved just to change batteries, I'm earnestly considering switching to another brand.
I purchased this, it was fantastic when it actually worked, 3 months later it stopped working, even after replacing it with new batteries. Very disappointing.
I have bought the device in February and it has stopped working now. Not sure if it has a warranty period.... :(
