My dog has pancreatitis and it's a little difficult to find low fat canned dog food. This brand is exactly what we needed. Very happy that he likes it because he's a finicky eater.

I trust the ProBalance name for honest good nutrition without the fillers- soy, corn. wheat, colors flavorings etc So when i decided to add canned food to my dog's dry kibble, i went straight to Pro Balance. ( I couldn't believe the bad ingredients listed in Pedigree, Iams, and other brands on the shelf). My dog loves all the ďifferent flavors I bring home. My only question, is why didn't I buy this product sooner!
I've feed this food to my dog for years. He had a weight issue shortly after I got him, but with ProPlan Weight Control he is now right where he should be. He had a slow loss of weight, just as it should be. He loves the taste too.
Dog will eat this as alternatives for brand we normally buy . It seems to be getting more expensive just like the diet food he loves that's always sold out . It's ground not savory looking like the other so I was pleasantly surprised.
The recipe changed since covid. It used to be grain free which I needed for my German Shepherd, but after approval from the vet this new recipe is ok. Just a shame that price went up %26 clearly the recipe for all flavors have as well.
