When ordered my visors I received them the next day. I received my visors one of them was broken. I returned them the next day. It took over a week to get them replaced. When I called I got lots of excuses as to why they were not shipped. I would be careful ordering from them again.
The Putco wind deflectors I purchased were exactly what I wanted in a rain/wind deflector. They are practical but more stylish than any other brand I have seen on the road. Delivery time was shorter than anticipated. I am very pleased. Thank you
Love the visors, once i got them. Had to varify my order when i did not receive them when expected. Customer service was real good explaining what happen and got me what i wanted from another company. Just wish you would have let me know they were out of stock.
Everything worked out great - actually one piece received broken but great customer service provided replacement. Installation was a little sketchy in the front on this truck as you have to bend (per instructions) almost to breaking point in order to get the aft end seated.....be careful. Results were great - nice tight fit!
At first I was concerned because the windows would automatically stop near the top and roll back down. With some additional squeezing and manipulation I was able to get the window to stay up and work properly. Otherwise they were price comfortable, easy to install and good looking.
Installation was not too difficult, but you better make sure to dry fit them before you use the adhesive tape.. Hope I never have to take them off. Looks inpossible.
Everything was good until I tried to install. All was good until I tried to install the tail end on the drivers side. The small rounded end snapped off, everything still works and am satisfied with the looks. You can not see the broken end, it is in the channel. Everything works, Thank You.
Overall a good product but had on piece damages in shipping. After a month of waiting due to back order I was told warranty replacement was shipped and then told it was on backorder again… strange and with no explaination from Putco vendor. Going on second month and was told next expected weird would due Sep 15 or so. Seems like Putco is giving is the run around… not sure.
These visors are somewhat easy to install, only the rear ones had sticky tape on them. But when you go to close the windows they hit the visors. I just have not had time to try to fix them (which I think will not be possible) or send them back.
Came loosely packed in large box with unsealed plastic sleeves on the visors. One was completely out of the sleeve. All the visors had some kind of damage on them. Mostly light scratches. Looks like the factory shipped them that way. Does not look like shipping damage.RealTruck did not give me a problem, and refunded my money.
