Considering the price, it works great. Very clear viewing.
This doesn't have the greatest picture but gets the job done. For the price I would for sure buy this again, if and when it breaks.
This camera is exactly what it is supposed to be, and thats an inexpensive backup cam that works, just without all the bells and whistles. If you are after something that hooks up easily and works is intended then this is the one for you.
This is a good little camera for the cost. The only downside I can see is the fact that the camera and brace tend to block the license plate information such as Exp Date. I am not sure how big of problem this will be, but I am sure the HWY Patrol will let me know down the road. Most of the cameras I have seen in the past attach behind the plate, but this one does not. Overall, the camera is a smart purchase for this price. I do not see any issues with the resolution. I just like to have the view when hooking up trailers, so it works great. I see no reason to have ultra high resolution in a back up camera. If you need a camera to drive in reverse, then you likely have more problems than just resolution.
i like how simple this is to install . it has decent picture on it and can be mounted in 3 different ways . it also can be set at different angles as well . great buy for 20$ .
I received the Rearview Camera a day before they said it would be at the store. For that, hurrah for Walmart! The camera itself looks nice with a shiny black finish but unfortunately the camera itself is not the quality of the camera I replaced. It has a fuzzy, grainy look much like a low definition television. I can live with it but next time I will buy a CCD camera, they have a much higher resolution. I wish that I had remembered that was the kind I bought previously. For only $12.00 to $20.00 maybe I will do that sooner than later!
This is the 2nd rear view camera I have used.The first one came with used truck I bought about two and a half years ago.Same camera.It lasted for a good 2 years so when it went out I bought another one just like the 1st that was on it.For 15 dollars you cant go wrong except the night vision on new one is very poor when backing at night.But for Me I do most driving in the day light hours.So if you need a rear view camera for night time use this may not be for you.But day time works great !!! I had a pyle plate mount camera already , but this has nite vision since im a nite driver 90% of the time that was one of the two reason's why i ordered this one but the clear plastic that encloses the camera gives it a haze of light as if tunnel vision, i removed it for a clear pic , the 2 nd reason i ordered it wasno mention of the (Back up lines to judge distance) these i hado my earlier camera, these lines are useless and take a perfectly good picture of the vehicles rear obstacles and distract you from an otherwise great veiw, so if you are trying to get away from this yellow distraction or first timer it left out this info which would have stopped my purchase, other than the 2 things i stated now half fixed pyle is and has been good to me on all other electrical equipment.
Not worth it, no visibility at all.
Had it less then a month and it stopped working!! Replaced it with a better quality one...guess u get what u pay for!!
