We're from the deep South where folks know their grits! We have tried many flavors, brands & varieties of grits but over the years I find my entire family Always reaches back to the Country Bacon Flavor Instant Grits as their Number 1 Favorite! We eat them Any time of day! Always for breakfast. sometimes as a quick snack, lunch, or dinner. You can 'dress them up' in many different dishes in many different ways or simply add a lil butter & Mmmmmmmm! Always Great no matter how we make them!
Easy to make, fast and convenient
THIS IS A QUICK ITEM FOR BREAKFAST BUT YET IT REALLY IS SO GOOD.
The bacon flavor is my favorite and it is hard to find even the variety pack box where I live. My granddaughters favorite is the cheese flavors. It's nice to have something warm and easy in the mornings.
Enjoy the bacon bit flavor in these instant grits.
They have a very good flavor.
Bacon really sets it off, it is so convenient however pricey. Can't find this is the store so Walmart.com is my only resource.
Quick and easy and tastes good too!
I wanted to buy instant grits because QO regular grits, while quite good, are more time consuming to make and clean up. I tried the Country Bacon Flavor because of the picture ad. Unfortunately, the flavor is not much like bacon at all, and you used way too much salt. I don't think I want to risk trying your flavored grits again, but maybe I'll try the regular instant grits. In any event cut back or cut out the salt. I do like many of your other products, though, like the oatmeal. Thanks for letting me have my say, Mark
I tried these this morning and I could not believe how salty it was. It was so strong it made me think I had a defective package. For this reason I did an internet search on if I was the only one to experience this. It seems that there are others that felt it was too salty. I could not finish this package. Needless to say I threw away the remaining packets of Country Bacon Flavor Grits and kept the other flavors. (I had purchased the variety pack) Here is the sodium per packet :Sodium 430mg 18%
