I love this shoe horn. This is my second purchase so I now have one to keep in my suitcase for when I travel so I never forget it, and always have one with me. It works incredibly well and the quality is excellent.
I returned the shoehorn without opening the package because I could tell it was not going to meet my needs.
shoe horn broke on the first time I tried it and I am very very disappointed. not at all what I am used to from Walmart products. I tried calling customer service, no help
This is made of very flimsy material. When I tried to use it, even a small amount of pressure bent the whole assembly where it screws together, Don't waste your money on this junk.
IT IS TOO WEAK. IT BROKE IN HALF AFTER THE THIRD TIME I USED IT. CAN YOU REPLACE IT WITH ONE THAT DON'T SCREWS TOGETHER. THE SCREW IS MUCH TOO WEAK. SINCE I CAN'T BEND I REALLY NEED A LONG SHOE HORN. PLEASE INFORM.
