This is a quality full synthetic 20-50 oil that I've used in my custom Harley for a few years. I only ride when it's nice and warm out... sometimes to warm but never and issue. This oil is specifially formulated for V-twin air cooled engines. I haven't and wouldn't spend any more money for suppossedly better oil.
20W/50 oil can be challenging to find in a gallon jug. The quality is excellent as well as the price.
I have been using this in my Harley for a couple of years now. It actually has higher API ratings than Amsoil. I have also noticed less motor noise with Quicksilver. I really like this product and was disappointed when Walmart quit stocking it on the shelves. However, you can still order it online! Great product!!
I use this oil in all my motorcycles. I travel alot therefore i change the oil alot. I cant find this oil anywhere else in gallon jugs, saving me huge amounts of money.
I've been buying this oil for the past 6yrs to use in all three of my M8 equipped Harleys. It meets my expectation of a good quality oil and the price is spot on.
good oil at half the price of the best oil. It gets the job done. Did I mention at Half the price. It is now my go to oil. and the money I save is over over $24 dollars per oil change.
The product is great ,but the packaging was poor. T his order contained 2 gallons of the motorcycle oil that was shipped seperatly. The first gallon was packaged in a plastic bag tied in a knot with air bags in the box. Great! The second gallon was just put in the box with the air bags and no plastic bag! The oil leaked out of the jug and all over the box! POOR PACKAGING!
I've been using this product for years. Works great in my motorcycle, smooth shifting. Less expensive than a comparable Amsoil product. I just wish I could still buy it at my local Walmart. It is no longer carried in my local store, has been replaced by a store brand product.
Wet clutch motorcycle oil should have an API-SJ rating indicating it has ZDDP additive for cam wear-resistance and this full-synthetic has that. It used to come in 5 qt container instead of 4 qts now; was better deal then. I use it in Rotax 912 engine with good results over 17 years of service.
