Great product , I will recommend this toothbrush.I will definitely get my daughter one.
Awesome! Get's the job done and is very affordable.
It really is the little things in life and quip products are one of those “little things” that just make me happy. A pretty powerful toothbrush that's small and compact, the little pause when it's time to move on and the 3 month refills are great. I'd happily recommend this to everyone!
The tooth brush is a perfect fit in your hand and easy to use and your teeth will love you for it.
I love how it keeps track of how much time you spend on cleaning the different quadrants in the mouth.
They will email you to confirm your address in order to ship your next refill products but—by the time you log in to UNcheck all items you do NOT want—because you're already well stocked with passed refills—they've charged your card and shipped the items anyway! I would really rather a 6-month refill plan vs the 3-month, but they don't offer that option (because of course- they want their money right away—it's obvious in their confirmation procedures!) —so be aware!
I wish I would've just got the regular toothbrush instead of the smart brush. The app doesn't keep track well and doesn't log most of your brushes, no matter how close your phone is or not. If I knew when purchasing that the Smart Brush didn't work most of the time then I would have just bought the regular brush and saved myself half of the money. Also somehow the Quip Toothbrush got added to my order which I didn't want or need.
This toothbrush is basically a manual toothbrush with a vibrating handle. The head/bristles barely move. In order to get a thorough clean you have to use it like a standard manual toothbrush. Which confuses me as to why the handle and not the head of the toothbrush vibrates. It does feel a bit like false in advertising and very a disappointing product.
I really wanted to love this product after all the reviews I had read, but unfortunately when I took it out of the box and used it for the first time it turned off after 3 seconds. I figured the battery may have needed to be replaced, so I bought new batteries and replaced it but still had the same result. Very disappointed.
It does a decent job. But they doubled the refill prices (and added shipping costs) this year. With inflation hitting I am moving on to a cheaper competitor.
