Ragu is, and has always been our favorite jarred spaghetti sauce. I will never buy another brand. I'll make my homemade sauce if there's no Ragu. This is the first time I've received broken jars...that was disappointing...even more so when it ruined some of my pumpkin spice coffee pods.
I have been buying Ragu sauce for many years. Great for spaghetti and homemade pizza. I use to buy pizza sauce but not anymore. You can cook it down for pizza or use it as is which I have done many times. Also great for dipping also, warming it up for dipping plain bread or pizza.
I always use ragu chunky and this was such a good deal. when I ordered i was a little worried about the shipping of glass jars but to my surprise each jar was wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. If you haven't tried the chunky ragu, you definitely need to I won't buy anything else its my favorite sauce.
Great on pasta. But, makes a great pizza sauce, too. Thick and rich.
I love this pasta sauce! I buy it every time I make any pasta dinner. It is simply delicious, and it has the right amount of tang! Walmart has it priced at a very reasonable cost!
BEST SAUCE! The MAMA'S SPECIAL is the best Ragu flavor!! They carry this particular flavor at Walmart and difficult to find in other stores. Our local large grocers and other big box stores typically do not carry this flavor. It tastes like a homemade sauce and is sweet but with a whole depth of flavor. When I see this in the aisle, I typically buy 6 or more jars at a time. Buying the jars is easier and cheaper than making it myself.
I must say I'm very grateful for the proper care these workers did with my sauce they carefully wrapped it with nice recycling paper and I didn't even know what that was until I unwrapped I was surprised on the effort and care they did so it would arrive safely thank you ! Continue this and I'm sure I won't be the only one thankful !
This is my favorite spaghetti sauce. I use it to make lasagna, spaghetti, and a few other pasta dishes. Very flavorful. Highly recommended.
This is a great sauce with chunky veggies in it. It is the perfect mix of a salsa and a marinara for pasta. I did use some of it to put in a sweet potato chili in the crockpot this last week. It turned out great. I highly recommend this product.
