this works for how i use this. I make pastas in advanced on Fridays for the weekend as i cant stand long enough to make. I am 76 years old and handicaped so i can mix as wanted.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Ragu chunky Tomato, onion and garlic pasta sauce. It’s my favorite. My family loves this too. It enhances the taste of my pasta and I like the chunky feeling. It’s great even with noodles. I also tried using it as my pizza base and it tastes so good. Love the ingredients. Ragu pasta sauce is my all time favorite. It never disappoints me!!
This sauce was so good. It's chunky with bits of tomato. The garlic flavor is fabulous! My husband, who can never get enough garlic, loved this sauce. I browned some ground beef, mixed it into this delicious sauce and served it over bow tie pasta with garlic bread. It was just so fantastic! I will be using this a lot in the future!
This is just a great tomato sauce. Sometimes you just want the basics-tomatoes, onions, and garlic. This sauce hits the spot. It's got the right amount of chunks, good tomato flavor, and it's not too sweet. I used it in the pressure cooker to make spaghetti, and it was awesome! I only needed to add some meat and veggies to the sauce.

I always add herbs and stuff to my liking or based on what might go well with the recipe I'm making. Ragu has a large variety of flavors. This Garlic and Onion sauce is a pretty good starting base because most Italian recipes call for garlic and you can never go wrong with onions.
Best Pasta Sauce on the market as far as I am concerned! I mix the Tomato, Garlic and onion sauce with another Ragu sauce with Green pepper and mushroom. Just the perfect mixture!!!! We LOVE them! I add about a lb and a half of browned and drained ground beef to mine for the 2 jars. Then let them come to a boil and then turn down and simmer for about 3 hours. DELICIOUS!!!

My Ragu sauce had a loose lid and sauce on the side and in the box.
I didn't like that the shopper put not my substitution and the original item in my bag. I was charged for both. A 66 oz Ragu spaghetti sauce and a 24oz sauce too.
i asked for GV and thry gsve me one of these and one of the GV ones. bleh
