This is so easy to use and turn anything into a pizza, well this and of course cheese too. We have used it on homemade pizzas using store crust or English muffins, and since my son is now eating a Keto diet have used it on zucchini and egg plant. It really is very good and easy to use. Yes I did add a few additional spices.
This has a great flavor and I absolutely love it. I have been using it for several years. I hope they never change the recipe!
The taste is great, but you will want to use the whole jar quickly. I don't know if I get a full 2 weeks in the refrigerator before it goes bad. I only have one child so it would last that long in my house. Its worth having it on hand, though, for an easy lunch she can throw together herself.
Cheap and best pizza sauce, its cheaper than great value pizza sauce, its thick and has nice taste, its always out of stock, better grab one bottle extra when you find it in stock, they discontinued BBQ sauce which was great too, please bring it back.
First off, let's just say I CANNOT stand Ragu spaghetti sauce. But, they make a mean pizza sauce! It is tasty when making regular white bread pizzas, french bread pizzas, and your own dough pizzas. I actually the Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce much better than the Homestyle, it has more kick than this, but this will do if the other one is not available. I have tried all the jarred and canned varieties available in town at the different stores, and this is definitely the best brand. No need to make homemade. But try to get the other Ragu variety if you want more kick.
1 Jar of 2 jars of pizza sauce possibly wasn't sealed. The cap didn't pop when I opened and unsealed it. I'm concerned about it and don't want to use it. Thank you.
This sauce needs pizza seasoning. The pizza tasted flat— put the same toppings on as usual. Hubby and I neither finished our pieces. Half a pizza left—plan to sprinkle some pizza seasonings on before reheating. Second time this has happened. Will purchase another brand.
did not receive with my order
i ordered ragu pizza sauce and recieved Raos pizza sauce instead. Box had barely any bubble wrap and bottle was moving all around. Walmart chat helped me get this taken care of however seller would not respond to any messages sent even before recieving the item and delayed sending it. 0 stars for seller.
tasts like tomato sauce, no seasoning or flavor, needs to be seasoned better, might as well have purchased tomato sauce and seasoned it myself.
