Rich and thick sauce that goes well with any Italian dish. We used ours with spaghetti and it was wonderful. Hubby and daughter had a second helping. Thank you Ragu for making my life easier!

The meat flavor is mild but good. Not only have I used it in spaghetti but also used it on pizza, penne, shells, etc. Also goes beautifully with crusty bread. There's so much it could be used for. My whole family loves Ragu Old World Style Meat Flavored Pasta Sauce and I make sure to keep a few jars in my pantry. YUMMY!! Highly Recommended!

I used the Old World Style meat flavored sauce by Ragu in my homemade lasagna and it came out amazing. The classic flavors of the herbs and spices were on point and the farm grown tomatoes gives it a fresh, rich taste. The consistency of the sauce was not too thick and not too thin, you do not need to add extra water and the sauce isn't as bold and tangy as I remember it. Overall, the Ragu Old World Style meat flavored sauce it probably one of the best sauces Ragu has put out, the quality is good and a great choice in jar pasta sauce.

We actually named our spaghetti as ragus spaghetti . My dinner time becomes so lively when I make this spaghetti . Ragu is our families number one favorite. It's easy to make . We don't need to add anything else to this sauce . It comes in 14oz ,24oz,45oz and 66oz convenient for all family and party size too. Overall me and my family loves it. Would totally recommend it .

I often make spaghetti because it is easy and I end up throwing the majority of it away because only my 9 year old seems to like it. Now I can make it for her only! The packet was a little hard to tear open. I put it in a bowl and microwaved for a minute and 10 seconds. That was the perfect amount of time. It does not look like the pic on the package (super meaty) bit it tastes so good! I don't eat pasta so I ate it with a cheese tortilla. I will be eating this again for a quick snack!
I thought I was buying the Traditional style but realized I had made a mistake and got the Ragu with meat. Well, I never, ever buy anything but Traditional but I had this so I tried it and really it is as good as Traditional style.
cannot use
I've been getting pick-up orders for 2 years now and all have been great. But this item should not have been put in my order. The top of this Ragu sauce is severely bent. I thought it might have become bent by tipping over during the drive home. But if that was the case, I figured it would be easily reversed. However, when I tried to pop it back to normal, I exert all my strength and it still would go back! Not even close. It couldn't have happened on the drive. It must have been dropped or something. To make matters worse, in pulling so hard on it, I loosened the cap, so now I have to put it in the fridge and use it soon (which I didn't plan to do) or it will spoil.
