The service was excellent, however, the TV, and the shipping box, was damaged. The TV powered on, but the screen had a golf ball-sized "star" on the left side and, of course, nothing but mottled lights and darks showed on the screen. I returned the unit to Zoro. Zoro offered a replacement, but I chose a refund due to wait time. I purchased a VIZIO from Walmart online and picked it up the following day. It works just fine. Everything is good...
