We had to replace a window air conditioner in a window in a camper. Thought I had measured right. Not quite. Bute with a hacksaw and prayers it fit. It works soooo good and keeps us very comfortable. I love the remote and the thermostat It keeps us at the same temperture even at 98 outside. The delivery guy for Fed Ex even set it insidie out door for us.

I put this in my Mom's bedroom and it keeps her nice a chilly. She complains b/c she gets too cold. That's the point! This little guy is pretty powerful and the thermostat works great.

Purchased 2 of this same a/c unit after the 2 we had died in mid- August. They were inexpensive and energy efficient. They didnt seem to cool as well as our older units and they were the same BTUs but they worked fine. The remote is convenient too. The only complaint I have is one of them was banged up during shipping causing the fan to hit something else inside the unit. Just bent it back and it runs fine.
The unit works great..but when I received it the box looked like it had been dropped several times..opened to inspect n the unit had a sm dent on the back..but it was so hot I plugged it in to see if it worked..we'll it did..does what it's supposed to do..but u I didn't know I was buying a scratch and dent
Figuring out how to install the curtains on the side was a challenge. The instructions are not that clear. But once installed the unit is super quiet and cools my 800 sq ft area very well. The directional vents are like a cork screw, so it is a little difficult to aim them to a specific spot but again, the unit is quiet, it cools well, and it was cheap. What more can you ask?
This RCA air conditioner is the bomb. It keeps my 3 rooms cooled at 72 degrees. Thanks for a great window unit
Received A/C from Walmart and When I Opened the Box the Right back side Was Smashed In.....The Funny Part is the Box Had No Damage so I Can Only Assume that the A/ C was Damaged at the Factory but the Workers Boxed it Anyway...Guess Some Worker did not want anybody to know about the damage so He/She Boxed it anyway.. I also find it noisy ..i received it yesterday... its working fine and cooling seems fine too
like others, I find it loud - but loud for little reason because a year after purchase (so actually used for about 4 months), it's half as cool. tonight for instance, it's been on for 5 hrs at 62 (!) and fan on high - and it's 78 degrees in this 600 sq ft apartment. bottom line, it's crap.
