Haven't tried it but it was compact and as described
just right for a 3 day backpacking trip 4 meals a day and tasty light Waite and not hard on your back great for just incase but no food for breakfast would like to see some eggs cheese and ham/sauage but all in all a reat item

I'm very happy I purchased this! It's going into my long term storage. I can't comment on the taste, as I only plan on using it in an emergency.
I looked around. there were many brands that gave 29 meals for $100 dollars ($3 dollars a meal). This is only $1.00 a meal. Also with my generator, I need to consider that it will be gone if i have to cook meals 20 minutes. With Wise, you boil water and turn off the electricity. Having been in areas where there is long lines to get gas to refuel your generator this was a very important factor to consider. The food is top quality. I am very impressed, Gabrielle
This is to be used for a emergency! It appears to be a good value!
I have not tried it yet. I just bought it for emergencies that I cannot find expiration. They say 25 year shelflife the other brands give me an expiration date.
Good box for a family each envelope has 4 servings and is economical! 4 envelopes as for the tast I dress Mine up with cheese and spices and its ok for taste!
This is 16 servings emergency food set of 3 different foods. Unfortunately it comes in 3 bags, so the servings are not separate. For one person, one bag would be too much food. I wanted to try this brand to see how it compares to my favorite brand. Unfortunately it cannot even come close. In a true emergency, I don't think it would be helpful. Save your money. (Sorry)
