I have owned the forerunner EP30006 model for over 10 years and still love this chair! My wife and I together use it 2-3 times a day each. This chair will turn you into mush with a happy face. No mechanical problems so far! Amazing. I owned a cheaper Panasonic model before this and it broke down about every 6 months. Still a wonderful chair but a poor (weak) mechanical design. Kept it 8 years. The EP3006 was a excellent improvement. I don't see how the EP3007 can be much better. Only one issue. This year the cloth material directly touching the back rollers has torn the full length of the chair. We're still using it but the bare rollers want to push up the second layer of back padding protecting your back. Ouch. I intend to have the cloth replaced (sewing it didn't work at all) but the company parts list is incomprehensible and there is no parts blow-up drawing. Panasonic Official repair shops are too few and some don't repair the massage chairs. So be prepared for a bit of a hassle to get your beloved chair fixed when it finally does need care. Until then ENJOY.
This is my second massage chair and it is sooo much better than the first one. I have neck and upper back pain. The Shiatsu pre-program feature and the Manual selections features are my favorite ones. Also the air massage for the legs, control of the style and position of the rollers are great features. I have had this chair for only one month and I use it once or twice a day, every day. I am enjoying it very much.
This is the high price spread of massage chairs and still the best one. This is the third Panasonic massage chair I have purchased since Panasonic introduced the concept over 25 years ago.
For active but aging people who have back problems and muscle stiffness this chair has been a godsend. It really reduces muscle soreness after workouts. Given its capabilities, the chair is aesthetically acceptable in a normal room. A total delight if it holds up.
We have owned our chair for over two years and it is a very welcome addition to our family. There are 5 people who use this chair and we all love it. After a long day it is so nice to be able to sit in this chair and get massaged for 15 minutes to 1/2 an hour. The greatest part is you can get massaged and someone can sleep in the same room without being disturbed. It has never given us any trouble and we are glad we made the decision to purchase it.
Helps keep the stress away and minimize the migrane headaches to Zero as of today. Very comfortable and quality. Would definetly recommend this chair over any others.
I have chosen this chair because of the company behind it and the warranty. I have been very happy with my choice. The only improvement area could be the length. When I sit and have my legs up I have to bend my knees to fit in it. I am a normal size male with 5 11 height.
