Came when they said it would. Has to be charged before using. As noted by others I had to go to the Sprint store to get the card/chip to activate but that was expected. I've had it for a little over a week and everything works fine. Cheaper than leasing. I'm very pleased so far.
IT WORKS GREAT
I've had this phone for a week now. Its works perfectly fine and looks new. The Sprint store set it up with no problem. I am pleased with my purchase.
Sadly, I wish I were writing a more positive review. This phone arrived in a completely unresponsive state: would not turn on, gave no indication of charging. When I plugged it into my Mac after leaving it on a charger overnight iTunes said that it was in a DFU (device firmware upgrade) state; my only option was to restore device firmware. I tried that several times, and each time the process failed in short order with "unknown error." Thankfully Walmart has an easy return process, but I'd think twice before ordering a refurbished Apple product from them.
The phone is ok. Not a sprint phone by any means.
This is first time and last time I will ever buy a refurbished phone from a 3rd party company! I have had the phone for less than 24 hours and I am in the process of returning the phone back to the company. The first issued occurred when I initially activated the phone and the SIM card from my old phone would not work in this phone. I promptly took the phone to my local Sprint store who thankfully issued a new SIM card. Once the SIM issue was resolved the phone for someone reason would not sync to my iCloud account. Once that issue was resolve the phone seem to be working fine. Until 10 mins later the phone would not open apps then eventually the screen turn black and I cannot use the phone at all. Buying this phone was a terrible mistake and I am highly unsatisfied.
