When purchasing a 16GB iPod nano, refurbished, I wasn't sure if I would receive a product that had some wear and tear, but this product came out of the box looking brand new. It has the durability and functionality of an iPod at a much lower price! I can finally fit all of my music on one mp3 player! I also received this product promptly, on time, at my door at no extra charge for shipping. I highly recommend purchasing this to product.
Love my new refurbished iPod Nano! This wafer-thin dedicated music and radio device, delivers big sound from a compact hi-storage package. This is a great on-the-go product. My refurbished iPod Nano is delivering the quality and performance I have come to expect from every new Apple product. I initially hesitated and almost missed a great buy. I recommend this iPod to everyone.
I was dubious about buying this because it is reconditioned. But, when I received the ipod it looks just like you purchased it new. All the packaging is the same etc. The only issue I had was that when I tried to sync it to my current iTunes it would only snyc 3 or 4gb when my library is 14gb. Obviously something was wrong.... I did some investigating with my local Apple store and they suggested I "Hold the On/Off button and the Wheel" on the unit at the same time for 8 seconds. This completely resets the ipod. It worked a treat. The ipod synced all of my music from iTunes immediately. I guess there was some kind of partition which had not been removed on the ipods hard drive. Apart from that this a great buy. I would and will recommend this reconditioned unit to anyone. Do yourself a favor and save yourself nearly $50. Thanks Walmart.
I purchase refurbished electronics whenever I can. Great same products with a reduced price. This iPod suited just what I needed. Great touch screen, music, photos, pedometer, videos. Not complicated to load and use. I love the new style ear buds! first ear buds I ever had that do not fall out of my ears. The sound is wonderful. Very slim style and picture quality nice. Has all the storage I need.
I LOVE MY IPOD, I had a very good experience with the whole process from start to finish. First off, my product came earlier than the date given which was a nice surprise, I had it sent to the store, so it was free shipping, nice surprise. Being refurbished, I was nervous, but everything looked brand new and squeaky clean. They gave me headphones and a charger as if I brought it regularly priced. I am 100% satisfied and on top of that like a true apple product, the IPOD is AMAZING!!! I told my husband I might buy a second one just to have in my car (yes, i love it that much) Please, if your thinking about buying this verses the regular priced one, buy this one. But if your trying to decide this IPOD vs. IPOD touch, just know this IPOD is if you want to enjoy pure music, there are no apps, no watching endless movies, no big ipod screen, none of that. You can store pictures, track your walking steps for workouts and watch music video's on it, however, remember the screen is small, it's perfect for what it was intended for.... music!! Enjoy your ipod, you'll love it♡
Got this to replace my older iPod that got stolen. Was happy with the refurbish price, also got extended warranty to protect it from shattering the screen which I did with previous one. Worth purchasing, also got rushed shipping for the same regular shipping price.
I bought this ipod when my 2002 nano stopped working. Wow, this new one is crazy cool. It holds a ton of playlists and videos, and plays like an HD TV. The songs blend nicely into the next one like a DJ was in control. You can see the earpieces sticking out of my bag at the river, where this device adds to a fun time. Plus, it's so much easier to operate than an MP3 player I had to return.
size and weight are perfect for my morning walks. The radio is a little disappointing, the headphones act as an antenna, so the radio is inoperative with Bluetooth headphones. so the cord is a pain and tends to get in the way, especially when it's breezy out. The reception is not great if you live out in the suburbs, works better in town. The audiobook feature is a bit annoying also, I have yet to figure out how to get the book to open up where I left off. If the book is in multiple parts, you have to first scroll to that part, then it does have your place saved. But my iPhone, opens right to where I left off every time on it's own. The other music functions work the same as an iPhone. I also like the Nike fitness app that comes on it, it keeps track of my progress on my walks, by recording the distance, time, and calories burned. Also this was a refurbished model, but you can't tell, it looks and plays like the new ones I just paid full price for my granddaughters birthday, so I save $80 !!!!!!!
A great gadget for music The battery lasts a long time. Compact enough to fit in a pocket and powerful enough to blast some tunes distortion free. The user interface is easy and intuitive. In conclusion I recommend for those who want a MP3 player with some bells and whistles. However, if good enough is your thing you can get a fair MP3 player for much less money. My only real issue is I had to buy a lightning to 30 pin adapter to use my Ihome dock.
I attempted to save some money by purchasing a refurbished iPod Nano (7th Gen) w/ blue tooth. The purple one. I have a Windows Vista on my desktop. My Vista kept showing an error message about the iPod being "Macintosh-Formatted". So, my ITunes wouldn't sync with it. I tried assistance from an Apple Tech by phone, who did his best to assist with getting my iPod to work with my Vista desktop. After, my desktop wouldn't allow the tech to sync with it, I was setup with an appointment at the Apple Store today. After understanding why the new iPod was not working with my Windows Vista desktop, the tech provided me with a new iPod since it had a warranty with it at no additional cost. I took the replacement iPod home and it synced with my Vista desktop with no problems and I was able to download my music on it. Can't wait to try my bluetooth with my new iPod!!! So, I'm hoping that maybe the refurbished iPod I received from Wal-mart was just a bad one. Thank the lucky stars for product warranties. Thanks, Apple Genuise tech!!!
