I'm typically suspicious of refurbished items but I didn't want to pay $200 for a pair of headphones. I was happily surprised when I received this item. I couldn't find any of the finger-prints I was expecting to see on the glossy finish. All the accessories were included and it didn't seem like the headphones were used at all. I suppose someone could've just purchased it opened the box and returned it? Setup was super easy and intuitive if you've used other Bluetooth devices. I didn't even have to read the manual to connect. Just hold the power button and wait for your phone/device to recognize the headphones. Connection was seamless and quick. I LOVE THESE HEADPHONES. I would highly recommend purchasing these at the discounted price. Why pay more when you can get it for less?
Purchased these for a birthday gift and it was perfect! They arrived quickly, well packaged, and in great condition
I was afraid to purchase refurbished headphones but they work better than expected. Glad I gave them a shot. The only thing I didn't like was that they did not come with instructions but they were easily found online so no big deal.
I bought these as a gift for a friend. They came boxed and wrapped in cellophane as though they had never been opened. The quality was excellent and they were in great condition. I didn't find any visible wear on them, and they came with the owners' manual.
We are very happy with our purchase. These headphones are for our 11 year old for Christmas and we tested them out before we have to wrap them and they work perfectly and look in very good condition. We are also pleased to have saved money in the process by buying pre owned.
These were refurbished so I don't blame anyone. I've bought refurbished items in the past with no issue. Out of the box these wouldn't "pair" or even come on. They would indicate they were charging and charged but wouldn't come on. I followed a number of YouTube videos to "reset" to no avail. The supplied cable allowed them to work as standard Beats but I bought them for their Bluetooth. I'm just gonna buy a new set. Walmart refunded money without issue.
I thought that they would be the same quality as a new set of Beats. Not! I received them quickly but, they arrived in a cardboard box and the manual fell apart as soon as I picked it up. The headphones were dirty pretty much all around and had scratches. I guess you get what you pay for.
They arrived in beautiful condition but when I connected them to my iPad only one of the sides of the headphones worked. The right side had excellent sound but the left side was just static. I was disappointed. I was also disappointed by the fit.
My son made this purchase and was really excited about them. He got them and with the cord, they worked great. But he never could get the wireless/bluetooth to work. He researched online and found that many people had the same issues with these. We returned them to the store, and the return process was great. No complaints with Wal-Mart. The headphones just didn't work the way he thought.
Received these and they were very dirty. Dirty on the ears and head part. VERY DISAPPOINTED.. Even came with a card that said they are fully inspected, quality tested, and restored to the highest quality. Too dirty to place on my ears to see the quality. Wish I could add more than 2 photos of all of the dirt in them so I made a collage in stead.
