The shiatsu massage and heat on this product are great! I have some back pain from standing on my feet all day and this cushion works out the kinks. I would definitely recommend...great cushion and price.
I love this product. It's good value for money. I use it all the time. Only prob with the one I got is it's looks old and dirty may be due to the fabric and the colour.
For the price this was a good product. The heat is great. The massage is a bit rough and can hurt a bit at first. I may have gotten a faulty unit; the connection between the power cord and the massager lose power off and on like it may have a short. The unit does what it claims and give you heat and a good massage.
doesnt get hot, massage actually hurts. returned it
Cushion is very uncomfortable. Too large & slides own in various chairs. Price was great but product just didn't prove to be worth even this great price.
