The strings to tie down around my Knee, My swelling is the Top and Sides of my Knees, the Tie down always you to get 90% of my single knee problem. Also The bag flexes when the ice goes down some and you let out the air pockets.
Comfortable and you can really use it. I have alway hated the English style ice bag because of the bulk and difficulty in handling. The only reason it did not get a five is that the ties could be longer to suit my use.
I knew just looking at this that is was not well made, but I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Well, I put ice in and wrapped it around my knee. Next thing I knew, my bed was soaked! This is a gigantic waste of money! Don't bother with it.
