Remfresh was recommended by our family/primary care doctor. I wake up twice during any 7-8 hour sleep period. This melatonin product allows me to return to bed and once again sleep almost immediately. It feels more like brain relaxation than drug effect. I have had no side effects but I have not tried the product for self imposed early sleep and rise times. works great for 11pm to7am sleep regiment.
I bought this based on a recommendation from a physician. I've only be taking for a week, but I have found that taking RemFresh 90 minutes or so before bedtime is more effective than higher dosage "gummie" melatonin supplements.

This product, which is slow release, works better for me than any other Melatonin. A bit pricey, as I need to take 2 tablets, but worth it for a good night's sleep.
This item works for me better than anything else recommended by my sleep doctor. Taken forty five minutes to one hour before bedtime, I become sleepy. I go to bed, go to sleep and sleep for at least seven to eight hours.
I love this product. I stay asleep with this and if I do wake up to use the restroom I easily fall back asleep.
This product has added about an hour to my nightly sleep. If there are any side effects maybe a little dizziness which doesn't last long. My doctor recommended REMfresh.
This vendor or third party supplier sent me LESS Melatonin_ than. what Ur. msg. said. will ship. Less. than. I ordered. ! ordered 36 count boxes. Remfresh / Melatonin and. Ur message said would send 36 count,, but they sent 12 count ( 12 pill per box ) ,, only got 12 per box!! this vendor or third party supplier did not give me what I ordered and might have overcharged me. ; let. me. check on it ) but they definitely sent the wrong amount per box
