grandson picked this item out for his moms birthday. shes a nurse and puts in lots of hours on her feet. when she comes home she asks him to massage her feet. he gave it to her, she set it up, put her feet in, and fell asleep! simple to operate, as described, good product.
I bought this for my Mom as a gift for Mother's Day, and she has used it every day since receiving it (literally, lol) unless she's not at home! She's been so happy with this purchase and so have I!

My husband loved it.. Easy to use. Would buy again as a gift.
There are 3 pressure settings. I never use L because well it's pointless, 2 hardly does anything and 3 is too hard! I wish 2 had a little bit more pressure or 3 a little less. I'm not returning just because I don't have the time to but other wise I'd try a different product.
The foot massager was ordered as a Christmas gift for our son. He opened it and much to his dismay it did not work. We'll try one more time but selling defective merchandise especially at this high price point is far from impressive!

Kneading function does not work at all
