No instruction manual is included. I found a Youtube video for how to replace bands. It was not easy to replace the bands, though. My Garmin watch now looks like new.
No direction included. The product itself was satisfactory, but there were no direction on how to change the straps. They just sent the straps, tiny metal pins, and a tool.
