Looks and works great!!!
The laptop works great and I can use it for the things I need it for. The only complaint I have is it took longer than it stated to be delivered which is understandable. The only main issue is that the number 4 on the keyboard does not work. It's the only key not working and to get around it I am using a keyboard an acquaintance had. So as long as I don't need to type the number 4 or the $ symbol my laptop works like I need it to!! :)
Fast delivery, Turns right on, Mac OS pre installed,. Only bummer is that I can't download Microsoft 365 apps because the OS has to be 10.14 or higher. Need info on how to upgrade OS. Also it doesn't hold a charge for 30 mins. I have to keep it plugged into the electric outlet.
I understand that the item is refurbished but I was expecting it to be alittle more presentable
I expected all features of this computer to function being a certified refub. However, one of the USB ports does not work. The 2 star rating is for that reason. Otherwise the price was great and everything else seems to be fine. Shipping was extremely fast.
Worked decent for a year before it totally died. Needs a new motherboard. Also, upon inspection the battery was replaced already before
the laptop and charger heat up when charging to the point of cant touch the charger or laptop will burn you as if you grabbed a cooking pan thats on the firei contacted the company about it im afraid i might burn down my house if i charge unattended but company didnt care in other words you buy it walmart doesnt care they just keep saying get in touch with third party company and nothing gets done i would never buy from them again i wojld not recommend
I ordered this laptop on 3/19/2020, was expected to receive on 3/30/2020, actually arrived 4/17/2020. Fine. Opened the laptop and was prompted with an alert that the laptop is the property of the NYC Department of Education and has previous users still on it. All password protected so i had zero access to anything. Basically bought a nice paper weight. There was only a small folded paper in the laptop with a contact number to TEXT or an email. Tried calling the number and it wasn't even Unlock Gadget but to another place called Upgrade Stations. The voice on the recording says to email a different email than in the folded paper or leave a brief message. But surprise, mailbox is full. I did receive a text back explaining they are a used laptop seller and that their products show some sign of use and cosmetic flaws (which this is not the case) and that they were not clear enough.
This model is too old and it didnt show year on description so I thought I was able to get certain apps which is why I bought it
Had mines for a month and it already went out and not coming on what a waist of money!!!!
