the one I bought was brand new and in the box never opened with a cellophane around it.. set up immediately and started using it.. it's a good idea to look at it on YouTube.. it is a shame they are not still making it.. and as far as Duo goes.. that seems to be something that is stalled.. but may pull out.. it is a great machine..
