Good laptop, but difficult to upgrade. comes with 2 4gb modules, so I will have to order a second 8gb module to get to 16. easy to break tabs while taking bottom cover off to get to any of the components.

Absolutely the nicest and fastest laptop I have ever owned. The price was fantastic and it being refurbished...couldn't tell the difference from brand new. GREAT laptop! Very sturdy unlike some others I have owned and the picture quality of the screen and the HDMI output surpass others by leaps and bounds. Usually the HDMI connection takes away some of the quality; not with this one. Full 1080p on my TV and you can tell by the crispness it sends. Blu-Ray and DVD players don't come close to matching the quality of this. Audio is fantastic even without external speakers; true stereo audio below the screen is more than enough even when sitting on the coffee table. Linked in through a home stereo and surround creates a movie theater sound that will impress anyone.
Computer works just fine, I'm not sure if buying a refurbed computer isn't smarter than buying new. I had a terrible issue with a new computer some years back. This is my second refurb from Walmart and both are running great.
It arrived right on time,it was packaged so well I was surprised.I love the computer and have had no problems loading my programs.If it lasts it will be the best purchase I have made.

Shipping was fast, product arrived and looked like new, fast easy setup, not filled with bloatware. The speed is great, resolution is great, very satisfied!
Very crisp clear quality screen. HD, fast, loud audio speakers. The saturation color of the screen is a bit greenish that makes other color a bit off but not too much of am problem. My biggest problem was the WiFi connection. For some reason it would go on and off, on and off. There were days were the WiFi connection would stay on for long periods of time and then disconnect again for long periods of time. This became a problem for me so I had to return it back. When I mentioned this to the reseller, they ignore my reply. They replied to me before so it shows how they really care about customer service. I would recommend this device but it has its flaws so I say skip it!
When the computer came in, we weren't able to use it for the first few days. The first thing I thought was that my wireless mouse wouldn't stay connected. So, next trip to store, bought a mouse thinking it was the issue. Now, the only way the USB ports work is if you hold down on whatever is in them. Transferring files to this laptop is a pain due to the fact it has to be done over WiFi. Not to mention the sound of the system is a joke. I get that it's a laptop, but my previous 10 yr old one had better sound than this one does. I've tried unsuccessfully to contact someone but can't seem to find anyone that actually knows how to fix this since it's a refurbished item. There were NO NUMBERS, not even an email or website to contact, in the box. If this is the way you handle refurbished items, then buyer beware, I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and that didn't help.
Very disappointed. I have tried for weeks to get this computer up and running but have no luck on my own. Perhaps a professional can help but I could have bought a new one for what that will cost. I tried to send it back but didn't realize my time had expired.
