Excellent laptop! HP never disappoibts!!
this is a great computer. is exactly what they say it is. BUT, you have to buy a separate storage system as there just isn't enough disk space to do any kind of Windows update. The system is fast and I do recommend for purchase, just know you will need more space.
My daughter loves it. I've never had a problem with anything refurbished from walmart
Like new condition. Came packed in bubble wrap and seemed to be brand new,included power supply.After deleting a lot of pre-loaded programs and bloatware,then adding chrome and AVG free,there was still 9 gb of hard drive space left. Added a 32 gb sd card for extra space.
Great little machine. it's fast and cruises the internet at a respectable speed. The main drawback is HP's built in software eats up already limited drive space. Good news is Microsoft gives you a way to load a fresh copy without HP's horn tooting back pats.
I would not recommend this product to anyone the first day I got it it overloaded with updates and crashed I've been working with HP for the last couple days trying to get it working again so far no luck next thing I got to send it to them and let them rebuild it so needless to say I'll probably be out of her computer for the next 3 or 4 months sometimes you get what you pay for
Yes. It is a nice looking computer but the keys malfunctioned right out of the box. Several keys added extra letters and symbols when pressed. After trying several troubleshooting steps, there was no change so I had to return it. Very frustrating when I had to wait so long to get it in the first place, almost two weeks.
I got this laptop to type papers on in college. I tried to name a folder and every time I clicked on the name to rename it, I got1 letter typed and it would X off of it. When I tried to type a paper it would skip letters, and I would have to go back and retype them if the computer would allow me to. I will be returning this peice of junk. DO NOT BUY.
I have had refurbished items in the past, but none like this one. It's ridiculously slow, it always freezes. There's no space on it and I just ordered it maybe a month ago. The mousepad works when it wants to. It randomly zooms in and out when you're just scrolling through a page. I work from home and I rely on a laptop to support my family. I thought I was getting a great deal because I had heard so much about this laptop. Sadly it did not hold up to any of my expectations. I will be returning it like, today.
My computer just arrived in the mail today. It is extremely slow, and it is telling me it is nearly out of disk space and asking me to clear up space so that it can update Windows. I am not sure what to delete since I literally just took it out of the box so I don't have any files on it. I have purchase refurbished computers and phones in the past and never had this issue. Extremely disappointed and I was foolish for not checking the reviews before purchasing.
