Revlon Color Silk hair color comes in a wide variety of colors to match your natural color beautifully. It's easy to prepare the color, it doesn't drip and the instructions are easy to follow. I have thin hair and after coloring my hair, I get volume and color that lasts me 6-8 weeks.I use a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner and love the way my hair feels. It covers gray hair completely which is a huge plus
This is my go to color every single time! Revlon has a nice shade range from blondes to dark colors. The color I always get is a nice burgundy red. Depending on your natural hair color, I think burgundy is such a mature color and beginner friendly. I'm naturally a brunette so the color was more vibrant but even if you have darker hair color, it will still look good and you can still see the color! Also, if you're not a fan of bleaching this product is for you.

Used the Ultra Light Sun Blonde on my dark brown 20% grey roots trying to blend them with my bleach blonde lengths. I didn't expect much as I do understand haircolor theory and my hair is hard to lift past orange even with bleach but I get impatient and impulsive when I decide I need my hair done NOW. I used a drugstore bleach kit last time, then overtoned my blonde ends trying to fix orange roots, so I didn't dare do another bleach "selfie" (my hairdressers always tell me selfies are for photos not hairdos) and risk bad damage from the inevitable overlap. I had this under my sink and decided to give it a shot and figured worst case scenario I'd have to go get my roots only done professionally. I was very pleasantly surprised! See pics

I cannot say enough about this product. The dye is strong and definitely works on my hair. It is easy to apply, not too messy, and it does not take that long to work. It does not cover gray's that much, but that's ok by me. Not looking for that in this product. It does make my curly hair less curly, but no complaints. The color lasts long, but changes over time as I keep washing mybhair, but I think that happens with dyed hair. I recommend this product.
I used the Burgundy and it came out perfect! A perfect burgundy color. See my pictures. I have dark brown roots and had lightened my hair previously. Wanting to grow out my natural color, I thought this is the perfect fall color and it will cover up my own color growing out. But I love it so much I may just keep it for a long time. It does wash out pretty fast tho, so buy a few to keep on hand. Priced right
Very easy to do on your on and plus it’s cheap. With that said it also fades fast but what do you expect. Love the color though even after it fades some. I also have a before and after picture posted with this review
I purchased this Revlon Colorsilk beautiful hair color in the shade dark brown. I needed to do a root touch-up. It was easy to apply without any harsh chemical smells. What really drawn me to purchase this particular hair dye is that it's ammonia free. I thought that might be easier and healthier for my hair than the hair dye with ammonia. Also, I've noticed that it is extremely difficult to find hair dye in the drugstore that's ammonia free. I've been dying my own hair for years. This was convenient. The only issue that I had was I noticed a lot of fallout when rinsing the product out of my hair. And there is only a tiny conditioner packet that comes with this hair dye. And I have waste length hair. But considering the price, I think it's overall a great product and worth a try. I'm sure I'll be purchasing the same hair dye in the future.
