I love this liner, I use it daily and find that the pigmentation is incredible, it only takes a light touch to apply, and the felt tip is perfect for tightlining. This liner has the same quality as other products in the colorstay line.
I have some what oily skin and this did not work as I had hoped. It flaked off by the end of the day when I used it
this product is either tampered with or defective. I have used this for years but this latest eye pen was watery light colored liquid.
Flaked right off.
