I love the ease of ordering and on-time delivery. I wish I could identify the items that are okay to substitute and those are not. In 2 orders, I ordered Puffs in 2-3 pack of full size. Never received the first one that had to be shipped; did receive 2 in last order. I would like to opt out of auto ordering to ship to my home. Waiting a week for delivery is too long. Give me an option to stop shipping when out.
Not using as much foil because again the big corporations want to rip off the people! The box comes a little bit dented you can't get the foil out and it comes uneven and before you know it the roll is shot ! Switched to parchment paper for cooking - so much cheaper!!! Stop price gouging!!! Rollback prices?!??
I've never had damaged foil. The foil end is smashed, The box is fine, so it must have been dropped then added to my box, unusable. It won't unroll, just rips. Returning.
I love Reynolds but just like everything else the price has went up and quality down. I remember buying it and it not tearing when you wrap things. Now you have to pay more for the heavy duty and more for this thing cheap stuff that is equal quality of the store brand.
Very poor Reynolds aluminum foil packaging. The aluminum foil was falling out of both ends of the box. Looks like product was already open. This is supposed to be new unopened.
