It did take some exstra time to find the right channel do to channel numbers not matching the old transmitter channel numbers.
RF Link which has an address in Fremont, CA, no longer supports this product. Their phone number no longer works. I have sent more than 5 emails requesting support and have not received any response. Although the product does work, there is no support so I would not recommend this product to anyone in 2013.
The setup went fairly well, however, no matter what i try i am unable to get picture in color.....only black and white.
I bought this receiver because my old receiver broke. This receiver does not work with my old transmitter. I don't even get a picture on the TV, only bad audio and lots of white noise.
There are two variations of this product and the one shipped does not have the stubby antenna that is required if you have a sender with the same antenna
1. Walmart improperly processed my order. They were quick to email me and inform me they made an error in their processing. I had to reorder. 2. Walmart's advertised photo is not the same as the item I received. This receiver is advertised with an antenna. What I received was a receiver without an antenna. Also, this receiver was not compatible with my existing unit. Had to return on day of delivery. 3. Walmart gets 5 stars for fast delivery and email communication, but zero on correct advertisement of their product.
