I got hooked on these years ago. If I take these then I start to have a sore throat or cold symptoms, not only does it make my throat feel better, I avoid the cold. Seems to work great for me, and I always get a stock for the winter. Prefer the sugar free. Taste is strong green tea which is fine with me (though my husband says it makes my breathe a little intense).
