Why is it under 25$ I do not know
I don't mind the order being cancelled one time for security reasons but 2,3,4 times come on, even after changing the password 3 times.
The digital purchase used to work before. Now when I try to purchase the 'DIGITAL' version it says "Cancellation due to location restrictions.". How can that be when it get's delivered to your email, which is why it's called "DIGITAL".
allowed me to place my order then canceled it due to location when i contacted customer support Supervisor Muhammed gave me no options to help me and had an attitude the whole time. showed no customer service at all and when i asked to speak to somebody else about my issue he ended the chat. dont waste your time or money buying this online if i could rate this in the negatives i would! I will be contacting Office.

Don't buy GIFT CARDS from Walmart anymore, they are charging sales tax. This is the first gift card purchase that is charging me sales tax.

After you purchase and you're waiting for the details to be emailed it just ends up being canceled. I tried it two times and both had the same outcome. It states, "cancelation due to location restriction".
There was no way to get assistance after the digital card code was never sent !
There are multiple reviews that already state this, but why does my order keep getting cancelled due to "location restrictions"? Isn't this supposed to be completely digital?
