Love this product! It was delivered as promised.
this thing is pretty great. keeps my laptop from getting hot. it doesn't move or slide. so far I have only used it at the lowest level as it comes out of the box. the metal isn't real comfortable to have on your lap for very long periods so I put it on the couch arm often. well made and is exactly what I needed.
The picture is not the product you receive. The picture appears to be the original Rubbermaid laptop stand, - I know - I own 2. The one received is much lighter, "cheaper made" - humble opinion. No I am not returning, I needed it Yesterday. It will work until I get the other one from storage. - Very disappointed. Thought I hit the jackpot. ALSO - not happy that I had to pay for shipping - why not have sent to store for pickup???
This stand was ok but don't really care for it as much as I should. Yes I can go higher but just wanted it to be raised half an inch higher, still to high. I can't lower anymore because the bar that holds it up can't go any lower. The cushion that has slots in it goes in the back right of the stand for the cords, which is useless since my cords are on the other side of stand, go figure, lol, but I still put it on the stand anyways. If you need cheap this stand is ok but not worth the money, though it is nice to get that extra angle so it is easier to type on the laptop.
It is not the same product. I need the one that is shown. The company may have change the design, but the new design will not work for my purpose.
