Everyone is rating this product kind of poorly but in our experience it worked really well. I like how the top is clear so you can actually see if you're getting anything and it comes apart for easy cleaining. It actually works better than the typical bulb syringe in my opinion. Only confusing part was the bulb is really hard to squeeze, you have to use a lot of pressure but after a few uses it seems like it's getting easier to squeeze.
This is a simple and effective nasal aspirator. It definitely gets the job done and is easy to use. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is that I feel the design could be improved. I prefer a nasal aspirator that is clear, so that you can see what's collected and that it is dirty or clean. I also prefer a design that can be opened/taken apart for easy cleaning. I received this product as part of the Stellar testing panel.

Tortured my poor son for an hour trying to clear the most horrible sounding congestion, but if the mucus is even a little dry, the effort is wasted. Mucus has to be very moist and right at the surface. Going to use a humidifier and hope for the best. Also difficult to know the exact angle to aspirate from. Ultimately it's better than the long brain picker, just best for wetter mucus.

This product claims to be gentle but it cut multiple times my baby's nose. The tip is hard and the edge is sharp. The aspirator is also completely useless and rarely ever removed anything. I threw it away and purchased a nose aspirator from another brand that is much more gentle. For a company named "Safety 1st", it is shocking that they would sell a product that is the opposit of safe.
horrible!!!! plastic is hard to squeeze. does not suck anything!!! bad investment.
I used a different brand for my first born son and never had any problems, but I bought this brand for my second baby because it was a little cheaper (mistake) It barely sucks anything out and just irritates my baby more. I was trying to be careful, but it wasn't sucking anything out. Once I finally got something out, blood came up too. It made my 3 month old son bleed from his nose even though I was careful.. definitely don't recommend
This products aspirates very little mucous. It would not perform well enough for a sick child needing immediate suctioning. The bulb is not much better and would not perform well enough either. However I finally found old light blue ones they give you at the hospital online. You can't beat them.
