I just got my lexi i was worried about the reviews about the way it reclined but i am verry satisfied with it i love that it has a strap to recline i can put it in any position i want at any inclination i want it is really great and the prettiest car seat i have ever seen I LOVE IT The wheels on the stroller are huge compared to graco makes for a smooth ride even in gravel
I was a little worried about ordering something offline that I couldnt see or feel ! When I got the car seat and stroller combo I was very happy !! I couldnt believe how much padding was in the car seat ! I have never seen a seat with that much padding !! The stroller was very easy to fold and unfold !! Everything is very light weight ! I would tell anyone i knew who was having a baby girl that this is the car seat for them !!! I LOVE IT !!! I rated the Durability a 3 only because i havent gotten to use it yet and see how it holds up since im not due until sept 20th !!
This system is beautiful and I cannot wait to put my sweet baby girl in this.Its sturdy and very easy to put together I did it in about 20 minutes without my husbands help : )
At first my husband and I dreaded putting our daughter in this swing. It was a 10 minute screaming battle with her to get her in the car seat because it just never seemed to fit her right. It seemed too tight for her, especially in the crotch area. We knew we had to do something about it so we adjusted the buckle by the crotch and viola! It fits her great! No more screaming! She just needed that extra room by her legs. The belts are a little bulky but it doesn't seem to bother her much. She still falls asleep in the carseat. The design is super cute! The stroller is a little heavy but its nothing more than what you'd expect from a sturdy travel system. It's durable and I love it! No regrets!
This stroller n carseat is a wonderful deal, I looked in the stores and found some that weren't even as nice by disney and such that were much more expensive. It is so light weight and beautiful! I am tall and it is perfect for me, I don't have to bend over to push and it is so easy to use!!! I can't wait to put my little girl in it!!! The carseat is only heavy if you carry it around with the base for the car attached (comment on the other comment about the seat being too heavy) otherwise, it is very light!!! If you leave it out for a while with the bows straightened out, they do get nice, it is just from storage, I love this system and would definitely recommend for a little girl!!!
I got this as a gift but I did pick this out! I looked online for a pretty and comfortable car seat along with stroller. I came across this one and I fell in love with it! Well when I got it yes the bows were smooched but that was to be expected seeing it is being shipped in a box with plastic around it! The first thing I fell in love with was the car seat, not only did it look beautiful but the middle piece along with the head peace is soft like those blush blankets. I also liked the fact that the seat has a lot of padding for the bum and the back so the baby is nice and comfortable while in it. It is also the same weight as any other infant car seat. As for the stroller it is just as beautiful and it too is soft. The easy to use strap to adjust the reclining of the seat is nice too. It was also very easy to put together, I did it myself with in 5 minutes. I also loved the fact that I found this at other stores for way more money, so the price was great too!!!
i thought this product was very cute on the internet. when i opened the box and saw the bows and the pretty flower detail to it i fell in love with it.. its easy to put together.. snaps onto the stroller/base very easily.. i love and every baby girl should have it.
i was pleasently surprised when i opened the box and saw the color and detail, my bows were smashed too but have seemed to flatten out a bit. the carseat its self looks and feels very comfortable. it is light weight and snaps into the stroller very easily. i can't wait to add my daughter to it.
This was purchased for me off of my baby registry. I looked at a lot of travel systems and chose this one basically because of the cuteness factor. I wanted pink and brown but not too much pink and this one was perfect for that! As the previous reviews stated the bows were smashed upon delivery however that was to be expected!! The carseat is VERY heavy and my baby is 5 months old and I can no longer carry her in it! And I also hate how the clasp is on the carseat...it is very hard to snap in at the bottom. I do like how easy it is to latch the carseat onto the stroller. But I do not like the stroller at all!!! It is almost impossible to recline the stroller while your baby is in it. The back of the stroller only has a strap that reclines the seat up and down. This is just not a good way to recline!! I have seen other strollers that click into place with the reclining and that is much better. All in all for the price of the travel system it is okay. But if I had it to do over again I would definitely get something different!
After using this travel system for 11 months, here is my opinion. It looks adorable, you will get compliments galore, I've only seen 1 other person out with this same travel system so not many people have it. My reason purchasing this set was because of how cute it looked, I wish I would have done more research. First off, the car seat harness is so difficult to use on an everyday basis, also re-threading it was a complete nightmare. When locking it into the base, sometimes it doesn't click and you have to pick it up and keep trying, it is frustrating. Then the stroller is ridiculously heavy to get out of the trunk and to push. Let me tell you, after having a c-section, if it wasn't for my mother helping me take it out of the trunk when we went out, I don't think I would have been able to do it myself. After my daughter turned 4 months, I gladly switched to an umbrella stroller. She still uses the car seat and hasn't reached the limit as yet but I'm so fed up with struggling with the harness straps so soon I will be switching to a convertible car seat. After dealing with the headaches from this system, it will most definitely not be a Safety 1st seat..I'm so done and cannot wait to get this seat out of my car!
