This one product exceeds the relief know with traditional salonpas.. The difference is 2 things; the use of Capsaicin instead of lidocaine plus the gel penetrates the pain deeper, longer and faster upon immediate placement. I am suffering a severed ACL along with another ligament in the same knee and do not take prescription pain medication. Best Ever!!

I love this patch ! I've tried many others either the pain patches don't stay on , too much of a cold feeling when putting on or they just didn't work! This one is the best for me ! I have awful neck and shoulder pain and it's easy to put on - generous size as well! It last between 4 - 6 hours ! It's not cold or difficult to take off after either! It's nice and warm on your skin ! It real feels penetrating to sore aching muscles! It's alittle pricey but it's worth it too me!
Eased my lower back pain.
The heat is not too hot and can wear long period of time. I normally patch for 6 - 8 hours. The only issue with the order is I order 8 but the package came with only 7, but the best part after contacted Customer Service (email). Walmart shipped the missing item immediately without question ask
one of the best ones I've tried yet and I've tried alot. Great value for the price, tried it at night & still in place the next morning with no pain for hours.
While not designed for the knee, I place the patch on my leg just below my knee and my pants help to hold it in place. I find it very effective in reducing severe pain I have from arthritis.
Return. Cannot use. Too strong.
After separation and placing this delicate patch on my lower back, the darn patch gets stuck together and you have separate it again and it wrinkles or curls when placing it, very difficult to do ALONE with no assistance from another person while placing it on my back. I find Hot Icy patches are easier to apply alone.
