I have both black & stainless appliances in my kitchen, so this microwave helped to tie everything together with both its black & stainless elements. Mounted easily. Works great. Love the recessed turntable & ease of use. Mine is mounted over a counter under a cabinet, not over a range, and the light is a nice touch in that corner of the kitchen. Overall very pleased.
We originally purchased one from a different manufacturer but the door design left us unable to keep it. We have the oven mounted next to it so the door was hitting. The way this thing opens with such a low profile is perfect for what we needed. And of course the quality is superb (It's Samsung!!). It is a lot more simplistic than some of the other microwaves out there but i prefer it.
So far it works good. I installed a vent to the outside. people have said the handles may break, but I can kinda open it from the bottom. I'm not to worried about it I can fix it if it does. The wife also says it removes plenty of hot air when cooking.
Love this product, the only thing is I wish it had the express feature. I kinda miss that. The best thing is it fit perfect were the old micro was. Took the old one out, new one in. Quick and easy!
The finish and details are very nice. The unit is quiet when running, has soft beeps that aren't harsh, it also has a soft hue color of blue on the number display. The only real issue I have is the oven light is very dim and the buttons have a very small place to push. Meaning the buttons do not activate unless you hit the correct spot of the number/item on the panel.
Easy install. The only thing I would like to add is a having the upper template on a stiff piece of cardboard to easily mark the upper holes for the screws. I had difficulty taping the paper template to the bottom of the cabinet. After it was installed, I thought about it and should have taped it to something stiff I could drill and mark the holes. Oh well live and learn. I wish the buttons were backlit at night. I getup before dawn and it's hard to find the light button in the dark. The oven is much more powerful than my previous microwave and works/looks great.
It's ok. It looks good since vents are on top and not on front. Works as well as any microwave I've ever had. The panel buttons don't light up so you need some light to see them. My wife hears some noise which I dont, could be just the plate rotating on those little wheels? For the price it's just as good as any others. Haven't had it long, only time will tell ?
I've had this 3 years and it already has to be replaced. It has stopped heating. Also, the fan is very loud.
it catch fire and was so intense that the crystal plate melted. i kept thinking what it will really happened if we were not at home because it was empty not food on it.
model: me16h702ses purchased this microwave oct 2019 and it failed 34 months later. its all the worse as we are gone 5 months out of the year and this unit replaced the same model that failed in 2019. we stayed with same model so i didn't have to change mounting brackets. wont nake that mistake again.
