[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros - 1. Great height, making it easy to use for everyone 2. The inside volume is quite large for both the microwave and the oven, and so it can fit larger items easily 3. The oven pre-heats pretty quickly (~10 mins). It shows you the inside temperature as its heating up. Cons - 1. More expensive than buying a wall oven and a separate microwave that can be put into the wall. 2. When the top door (microwave) is open, its difficult to reach the back wall to clean it, even with a long arms. We have to go to the side and then reach in to clean it

Sleek, streamlined style, very user friendly, great lighting, non-irritating sounds/alarms, sturdy/ reliable feeling, and functions beautifully! My favorite feature is the broiler in the upper microwave compartment! It's perfect for melting cheese over something or gently crisping or browning the top of a meal. We are VERY pleased with our new appliance! ♡
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit 2 weeks before closing on our new home, after learning that the designated vendor neglected to inform the builder or us that our wall oven was on backorder with an unknown expected delivery date. I immediately contacted Samsung directly, provided them with the model number of the unit we selected. I was quickly informed that the unit was available, but it would be a month before it could be delivered. I did not matter that we had to wait. The point is we did not have to settle for another brand and we were able to get exactly what we wanted.

Its spacious interior, cooking modes, and user-friendly controls make it an excellent choice families and individuals who want to save time and enjoy delicious, home-cooked meals.
Very frustrating dealing with Samsung for warranty. I have never been lied to and run in circles more than I have dealing with Samsung the past 3 weeks. My wall oven microwave combo is giving a C-10 error. The microwave will not heat. Smart Care (don't even get me started with them) has replaced everything possible on the unit (twice) and it still will not heat. Told me it was a lemon model. Now Samsung support is telling me my cabinet is too small. Are you kidding me. The cabinet is made for the unit and is larger than the minimum requirements in the manual. No one can tell me who measured my cabinet and what the measurements are though. lol As a long time Samsung customer of TVs, phones, all appliances for years, smart watches, cameras, etc. I will never buy another product with the Samsung name on it. It is absolutely absurd how horrible your customer service is and the time it is taking to get a resolution to a unit that is broken out of the box.
DO NOT BUY! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY! Bought in June of 2021 and already not working!! Had to order 2 different parts and have a repairman here twice!! Needless to say will never buy Samsung again!! So disappointed! I have never left a review for any product in my life...
I purchased this unit in January but didn't have it installed until mid March due to kitchen renovations. The unit arrived with physical damage and the microwave stop working less than 2 months after installation. Currently waiting on tech to come to fix. Will post update when I can. Very dissatisfied with my purchase.
