Let me first say that I'm falling in love with our all-new for 2019 Samsung enhanced with Steam Front Load washer; but it wasn't all roses on day one. After much anticipation and excitement leading to receiving our brand new washer, the installers forgot to turn the water back on and they failed to fully tighten the water lines; the result a minor flood occurred as our washer did it's cleaning of my inaugural permanent press wash load. But after scrambling through the Samsung product manual I then tightened the water hoses, so our washer could work as advertised. I am a geek at heart and have whole-heartedly jumped into the Smart home phenomenon, and this Samsung washer does not disappoint it is Smart ready and will send me messages on my smartphone when a load is done and this can and has saved me time that was previous wasted with other machines standing idle with a finished load and dependent on my discovery to there status. The wash cycles and the spin are especially quiet, a new reality that fits nicely in our home and in stark contrast to what we had come to expect from the noisy and dated machines that we have used before. The champagne color and the fit and finish are second to none; I constantly find my self telling others about it's appearance and performance and I am also making detours to pass by the laundry room to enjoy it's appearance. Touching now, the display is very user intuitive with many options to tailor a washing experience for any wash load requirements. And the Samsung washer does not disappoint here, as it quickly gets washes done quicker than has been my experience with other machines. The Steam feature is an enhanced pre-washer for complete cleaning from the get go. It has a wash load size sensor that adjusts the water used and the time to wash based on the size of the load. and this means less cost of ownership and a big time saver. And as you might imagine, I am discovering new features almost everyday with the new love in my life, my Samsung Front load washer.
I just recieved my new washer and dryer today and I've already started washing. Replacing my Kenmore elites this set is pure perfection. As picky as I am, I have nothing negative to say about them.

Not only is it beautiful to look at but it's also features powerful cleaning features including steam. Washing with steam really helps to get clothes their cleanest. Steam has really helped to get our whites their whitest and has helped to really get my teenage athletes heavily soiled uniforms and socks looking like new. The washer also allows you to sanitize heavily soiled colorfast items to eliminate bacteria. Some of the benefits of Steam also include Chemical free cleaning, safe on your fabrics, kills 9.99% of germs and bacteria, as well as mold and dust mites, utilizes heat for powerful cleaning. Steam is one feature that really comes in handy for people suffering from allergies and especially useful during flu and cold season. There are 10 settings available to select everything from normal to quick wash and you are able to customize the temperature, rinse, spin, and soil. You also have the option to pre-soak and you have the ability to Delay End to finish your wash automatically at a later time from 1 to 24 hours. If you prefer to get your clothes done quickly you can select quick wash and the washer can wash your clothes in as little as 22 minutes depending on load size. Quick wash really makes laundry days fly by. The Samsung 2019 Champagne Front Load Washer with Steam is not only powerful but also very quiet. Our old washer was so loud that you had to close the door to the laundry room so you wouldn't hear it over the television, now with the Samsung Washer it's so quiet not only can I keep the door open, I sometimes find myself going to check on the washer to be sure it's running. When it worked, it worked well…but I expect that when I buy a brand new NOT CHEAP washing machine, that it'll last with gentle/regular use for longer than 2 years. Out of nowhere it started rattling like it was going to take off into space. According to everyone I talked with at Best Buy (where I originally purchased the machine) said this is a common occurrence with these (and similar) Samsung Washers. The counterbalance cracked, snapped off the mounting brackets, split the bolts in two, and punched a hole in the wash drum and diaphragm (door seal), which completely totaled the machine in one fell swoop. Getting it taken care of was a long, painful, drawn-out process. I will not be buying Samsung washers again anytime soon after this.
Thanks to the cost cutting corners of Samsung I used my Washer for one year an six months. The machine started to make an ungodly amount of racket. The weight balancing part inside of the machine is snapped in half.
i bought the set on january 23, 2021 the washer does not work, i spoke to samsung, they did not give me the guarantee because i installed it, i spoke to the home depot and they did not help me at all i have a month without a washing machine i paid $ 1700 for the set of what i wanted from samsung neither home depot did not give me an option to fix the washing machine myself i opened the washing machine to see what happened, surprise is a used washing machine where the counterweight of the drum was loose and dirty with broken screws nor 3 months i have with this washing machine supposedly it was new
We have a Samsung front load washer model #Wf45r6100aw. It has been over 3 months with no resolve. Warranty company got tired of phone calls from us. It shakes violently. Well this morning it wouldn't even spin. Turns out the counterweight was sitting on the door seal and we took it out and are in just utter disbelief. Warranty company came out, installed 1 new shock, said it needed 3 more after 1st attempt, 6 weeks later, installed 3 more and was exactly the same, very unprofessional, broke our water line during repair! How could a product have so many problems and Samsung won't help ? Very unhappy customer that now has to look for a new washer only 11 months after purchase ! Way to go Samsung !
Delivered 7/23/2021 This washer does not put enough water into the cycle. The clothes are being washed dampened. If heavy soiled , smells after washing. Open the door and there is black mold on rubber circular seal
this machine has leaked water since day one. i have owned it now for six weeks, have taken two days off of work to wait for repair people, and have spent hours on the phone with samsung, home depot, and the repair place, and still do not have any resolution. the machine was delivered to me with bolts missing and a damaged gasket. it pours water out the bottom and sounds like an airplane taking off. samsung refuses to replace the machine or refund my money, instead insisting that i take another day off to wait for someone to come out a third time to repair the defective machine they sent me. deeply disappointing, and not what i expected from samsung.
I have owned this washer almost exactly two years and it's already making a terrible knocking noise on the spin cycle. Of course it's out of warranty so there's no help from Samsung. Garbage. I won't waste any more money on their appliances cause they seem to be made to break in less that a year or two.
