We just love this 4k Ultra Television. It's just the right size for the location we chose for it, and the picture is so brilliant, it's hard to believe it's T.V. Great price for a great product!
The picture just blew me away! It looks almost 3D! The features it has are too many to detail, but again I am blown away! Definitely a great purchase!
If you haven't purchased a tv in the last couple of years you're do for an upgrade. TV picture quality is great. Apps are nice and work well (Pandora, Netflix, Iheart radio, tunein radio). Get a smart tv, not one without like someone else commented. A couple people complained about the sound, I don't know of any TV that has amazing sound without a soundbar or speakers. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and get a soundbar as well. Xbox One games look very nice on this TV. Overall satisfied
I've had this set for a few months and I must say I love it. Got it home set it up and worked great out of the box. Deep blacks sharp picture and 4k content WOW!! Netflix worked perfectly and 4k streaming was amazing. Picture was beautiful. I've done research and found out that the quality will depend on where your panel was made. You can tell by the serial number. The panels made in Mexico do not have the problems that others are talking about. A little research and you will find what I'm talking about. I absolutely recommend this TV for the price while you give 4k a chance to catch up!!
Great Picture Quality. Definitely Worth The Extra Few Dollars For The Named Brand.
I bought this TV about a month ago and the picture is fantastic. I recommend spending some time fine tuning your picture. out of the box its good, but if you play around with the settings, you can fine tune the resolution and then it looks terrific. i don't use the built in speakers so i cant comment on the sound. the only issue i have is Netflix. i connect to my WiFi with no issue and have set up my Samsung account, but the app will not connect to the Netflix servers. other that that a good value for the money.
I've had this tv for 2 months I also own 2 more samsung tv's. this is a very good tv the picture quality is very good with dish network running 720p the up converting is very good. the apps are good. the sound is like ever flat screen not the best but the picture makes up for. I recommend a sound bar and to surf the net I recommend a log tech blue tooth key board with a built in mouse. the samsung remote takes forever. blue ray player picture quality is awesome on the tv also.
I bought this TV in the warehouse. The picture quality is very good, but the sound is lacking. I have also found that many of the apps do not work properly. I'm glad that I kept my Apple TV hooked up so that I can watch Netflix and listen to Pandora without the apps crapping out. I would recommend going with a TV without the apps. The higher price is a waste, when you can add an Apple TV or Roku box for less than $100. Samsung really needs to screen their apps before putting them out there.
Bought this TV yesterday. Loved everything about it, except its inability to connect to Netflix. I spent FOUR hours online and on the phone with support, but they weren't able to fix it. They wanted to send a technician, but I refuse to take time off and wait at home for a service call for a $1K TV that I purchased a day ago. Do yourself a favor and search "Samsung" and "Netflix" online. This is NOT a new problem. And then save yourself some money and buy a different brand.
The TV has been a problem since it was turned on the first time. The sound worked for ten minutes then cut off. It came back on a day later, and then cut off again. All the sound settings were correct. Samsung told me to upgrade the "firmware" which I tried to do several times but that was not successful. Then after upgrading the firmware the sound works occasionally. The TV must be unplugged, then plugged in again for the sound to work. I am waiting for Samsung to do something about it.
