The movies and views of it are totally worth it I recommend this TV. The TV was very easy to install! You do need two people to get it out of the box! The remote is nice and sleek! It has solar charging which is nice! The speakers give nice clear sound when watching movies! The family is going to enjoy this Samsung TV. Our old TV had none of these features! Amazing! Pictures are crystal clear and easy on the eyes. It has a fast processor making sports and action movies sleek and clear with no lag.

The baseball game is great with vibrant color and the speed of the processor is fast! Crazy good watching movies and really enjoying his television!. Samsung has really out done . No blind spots or glare. The sound (Quantum dot) is incredible and travels with the picture. It comes with Samsung TV which is a subscription free TV service with over a 150 channels and growing! The remote control is solar powered and charged by the lights in the home! No more looking for batteries. I love the on screen TV guide as well the built in voice control. You can change the channel, search for content, control smart home devices using just your voice. The screen can also be customized to display graphics or artwork when not in use. There is so much this television is capable of including mirroring your Samsung phone screen with the tap of a button! I've only had this television for a little over a week and I'm looking forward to making new discoveries as I learn what else this television is capable of doing! Samsung has thought of everything and put a lot of innovation and experience into the consumers viewing experience. I am very pleased with this model! I never knew how much I was missing out on before this television arrived. I can not wait to rediscover gaming with this advanced technology! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my new Samsung Q80 AA 4K tv. The picture quality is amazing and so clear. Like you are right there. I love the art display and use it when the tv isn't on. The remote is solar powered and doesn't require batteries so that's a huge bonus. There is a voiced activated guide and it fairly easy to navigate. My favorite feature is the ability to adjust the tv viewing according to the light in your room. The sound quality is wonderful as well. I just wish the base was able to tilt left to right but it's not a big deal. All the apps are great! Very happy!

We do have the Q90A in our living room, but I honestly like the Q80A more! The picture is crystal clear with vibrant colors and the sound is phenomenal, even without a soundbar. And can we talk about this solar remote?!?!? Forget about buying batteries and dead remotes. And if your remote is in an area that doesn't get much sun, not to worry because it has a USB-C port if needed. Great TV from a great manufacturer doing their part to reduce plastic waste.

The 4k display with Quantum Processor is amazing. All of sudden everything you see is in 4k resolution even though it is not broadcasted such. My phone recorded 4k video looks amazingly clear and so much better. View from any angle looks the same without any color change or degraded quality. Sound on TV is very impressive, specially that moves with the object on screen. Watching fast and furious on tv was such an impressive experience. One would not need a sound bar or surround sound system with this tv, it does provide very impressive sound effects on its own. Color and contrast is such a treat for the eyes and picture quality is amazing under any room lighting condition, be it day or night lights. I loved how thin and light weight the TV is with extremely thin bezel. I am so impressed by the intuitive user interface of the tv and easy of integration with my smart devices in the house. Setting this TV was so much fun and easy. I was done with all the necessary customization and setup in like 15 min and was actually enjoying the view and colors. TV immediately prompted me to enter wifi details on first time startup and once that was done the smart device integration was cake walk. Ambient mode allows, to use the TV as picture frame in the house. Ambient mode has so many more feature and themes along with clock and weather for your location. SmartThings integration with Samsung products, Multi-view with connectivity from Samsung phone are so impressive. Ease of connecting you laptop (PC or Mac) to the tv without any wires , over the air (wifi), is amazing and child's play. Finally, the solar charging remote control with universal remote capabilities works out of the box with so many devices and integration with Philip DVD player or Bose system is the simplest I have seen for any universal remote. Such an impressive TV and can't stop sharing details with friends and family.
i opened the box today, got it mounted and hooked up and turned on and updated. so far picture is very good and for me it will be a learning curve which i expected. my problem which i will try to post a pic is that on the front left of the screen there is a small bar code label that looks to be difficult to remove and has some residue that i do not know how to get off without damaging the screen. i tried a chat but will apparently need to call someone during business hours. i really can't believe a sticker like this was placed on the front.
My TV had dead pixels appear in the middle of the screen 368 days after purchase or in other words 3 days outside of warranty. After talking with support I will be on the hook for paying to get it repaired which is hundreds of dollars for a new screen. DO NOT BUY, if this was an isolated incident they would cover the repairs. This screams that it is a common problem they cant afford to cover.
really disappointed. i bought this tv and it had bad light bleeding that is very distracting in a darkened room (which is mostly when we watch). i returned the first one thinking it was a defect, and the new one has the same thing. terrible!
pros: the picture quality for the qn65q80aafxza is amazing. hands down its just a beautiful tv and it runs super smooth and has a buch of awsome featchers, peformanve is a 100% for me i couldent find anything wrong with it. cons: tha 2 samsung qn65q80aafxza 4k smar tvs i got bad extreme back light bleed at the top of the tv it wasn't exstreemly noticeable unless you were watching a darker tv show like the witcher on netflix or if you had an all black picture on the screen. i bought one tv exchanged it after having this problem and the next one they gave me had the exact same problem but worse !!! so two new 2021 tvs back to back having the same problem. im not happy so this is a one star for me.
