Works well, lasts long, second phone I have owned, first phone last 18 months before I cracked the screen on the first one, still works just wanted a new screen.
I was skeptical about buying a phone online especially a Samsung cause I just heard on the news about the Note and battery issues. But this isn't a Note and it works great. Nice big screen and it does everything I need it to do. The shipping was fast. So far I'm very happy with my purchase.
This phone is prepaid smartphone and I am using it as a spare phone especially at home where my main phone S6 edge Verizon has poor reception. This phone can be as a WIFI calling phone which I like this future the most. J7 looks just like S7 but no light for charging and notification, backup and recent app buttons. battery last long time comparing to my S6 Edge which is not even 2 years yet. This phone has a lot of features, just like my main one. Shipping from Walmart is very quick too, 2 days only. I would recommend this product to anyone need a prepaid phone.
I had a LG phone before which was good, but this one is much better. I have installed many apps that allow me to see every account that I have quickly when I am away from home on trips. I am amazed how much can be done on this phone.
Easy to use, nice big screen but still fits in my pocket, great battery life and lots of memory. I love it.
I've had this phone for a month now. I had a Samsung galaxy grand prime before this. I recommend this phone. Screen is big. Takes good pictures
I chose this phone as a replacement for my mom's Note 3. This phone has a 5.5" screen, 16 GB of internal memory and a speedy processor. It has WiFi direct which is a simple was to pass files between tablets, PCs, and capable phones. The front and back cameras take great pictures. All in all it's a really decent phone. No, it's not like its high end cousin the Note 3 or 4 but its in its own class. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone who's not interested in paying $400 and upwards for a phone with a larger screen with high end features.
I arrived by plane from Mexico, pulled out my cellphone to call Uber, and dropped it--never saw it again. So I spent two weeks looking for a replacement for my HTC smartphone. I needed an updated Android system, wi-fi calling and mobile hotspot, bluetooth, and plenty of ram for my apps. After two wanaabe models failed the test--one locked the home screen constantly--I finally got a recommendation from my TMobile support that the Samsung J7 would satisfy my needs. They could ship it immediately for $250 and for another$11.00 if I wanted it sooner than five days. Who doesn't comparison shop on the Internet? Bingo! I found the Samsung J7 at Walmart for $199. And I could pick it up the next day! Done deal. Ordered, got an email that it was available at 10 am the next day, picked it up on a Sunday without standing in line, had a lovely chat with Loqueata, the customer service staffer who hustled to the back to retrieve the special box called TMOBILE SAMSUNG J7, and I was out off the parking lot and heading back home. After I week, I'm still happy with all of the features and dependability; great screen, terrific photos and video, quick charges, dependable speaker phone--what else? Recommended highly! Don't sleep.
The phone is a very good value for the money. But, the SIM that came with it was unusable. Apparently, they forgot to scan the package correctly and the SIM was never activated correctly, so T-Mobile could not transfer a number to it. It was in "Cold Status". It took many hours to resolve the issue. I had to go to a store, what I ordered online to avoid, and speak to a manager, (this took a very long time) before they could figure out how to resolve it. If you don't need a new SIM (it takes a nano sim despite everything you read online), then go ahead and order one.
Needed a smartphone that was easy to use and FITS IN YOUR POCKET! A sales rep. needs her phone all the time! I love the ability to block either or both phone #s and text messages and places them in a separate area; so it won't interfere with your life and you can still read them if you choose. The major problem I'm having now, are the unknown blocked calls going to my voice mail. If a call is blocked, it should stop there, not continue on to harass you. T-mobile and the police cant help because the number is not visible. Changing my phone # 2xs so far is unacceptable. KEEP READING...One negative won't discourage me at all from buying another LG. AND one of the best things that most people won't believe is I've dropped this phone maybe 6xs onto hard cement and NOT one crack or scratch. Purchased separately non LG product, a thin clear plastic film and a no name no frills plastic green back. So YES, ITS THE LG PHONE THAT IS MADE WELL ENOUGH to avoid getting damaged from life.
